Low PCA oils
Traditional PAH-rich extender oils are carcinogenic because of their PCA content. Several directives have been issued to manufacturers to eliminate PAH-rich extender oils. Since the safety of our customers is APAR’s top priority, we proactively introduced low PCA oils for the rubber industry. APAR is the first Indian oil company to offer eco-friendly, non-labelled oils.
Our grades POWEROIL SAPPHIRE H 38 and SAPPHIRE H 18 are specially developed low PCA oils. They have a PCA content of less than 3%. This meets the IP 346 standard and conforms to the stringent requirements of EU, BLIC and JATMA.
