Hydraulic oil

Hydraulic oils are used as media in hydraulic systems, and play a crucial role in the functioning of hydraulic systems.

All power transmission systems utilizing hydraulic systems require hydraulic oil.These oils have a wide range of applications in automotive, construction and industrial machinery. They are also used in systems where multiplication of force is required, and in systems where accurate precision controls are provided. We have developed the following grades for different performance levels: POWEROIL Hydrol: anti-wear type used for equipment running under moderate conditions. POWEROIL Hydrol HLP: used for machinery where control valve mechanisms are used POWEROIL Ultimo/Ultimo ZNF: used where extreme pressure and a broad operating temperature range is expected POWEROIL Safefluid series: a synthetic range of fire-resistant hydraulic fluids for mining and steel mill application POWEROIL Hydrol HLP Pro/HLP Pro ZNF series: ultra-clean hydraulic oils for injection moulding applications with highest TOST life

Gear oil

The main function of gear oil is to reduce friction and power consumption.

Gear box manufacturers demand gear oils that perform in adverse conditions
like high temperatures, lower sump size and low clearances between shaft and gear teeth. Gear oils also need to maintain their properties in high temperatures and heavy
load conditions.We have developed the following grades for different performance levels: POWEROIL Gear SP series: made with sulphur-phosphorus technology. Meets CLP standards.
POWEROIL Hydegear series: for enclosed drive gears operating under non-critical conditions
with non-ferrous gear teeth. POWEROIL Gear SPX series: with advanced additive technology to take care of micro-pitting marks
on the gear teeth.

Grease

Grease is used where it is not practical or convenient to use oil. It is used in machinery that runs intermittently or is idle for extended periods of time.

Grease is a semi-solid/solid material of dispersion of thickening agents in liquid lubricant. The thickener can be either soap or non-soap based, and the liquid lubricant can be a mineral or synthetic type. Additives are added to impart special properties. It is also recommended for components that are not easily accessible for lubrication, or those subjected to extreme temperature, pressure or shock loads.

Thermic oil

Thermic fluids are designed to transfer heat energy
from source to receptor.

Application of heat to a system or process may be direct
(by using a flame or electric heater),or indirect (by using
a circulating fluid with a separate heater). Indirect heating ensures that there are no hot spots.Additionally,
central heat sources can be used to meet the heat requirements of
different processes.

Turbine oil

Turbine lube oil systems play several critical roles. This includes
cooling bearings, flushing contaminants away from rotating parts,
providing a hydrostatic lift for shafts, actuating valves in the
hydraulic circuit, and coating and lubricating the system internals.

APAR’s POWEROIL turbo grades are premium-quality turbine oils made from
Group II+ and Group III paraffinic base stocks with excellent oxidation
and thermal stability. These properties are further enhanced by selected
additives. Turbine lube oil systems play several critical roles. This includes cooling
bearings, flushing contaminants away from rotating parts, providing a
hydrostatic lift for shafts, actuating valves in the hydraulic circuit, and

Refrigeration oil

These oils have high thermal and oxidation stability to provide
lubricity at both high and low temperatures.

These oils are manufactured from highly-refined naphthenic base stocks,
which provide better flock point characteristics and greater compatibility
with most refrigerants. We manufactures a wide range of mineral oil type refrigeration compressor
oils, with viscosity starting from as low as 8cst. These oils have high
thermal and oxidation stability to provide lubricity at both high and low
temperatures.
