Catenary wires and messenger wires are primary load-bearing conductors in railway overhead electrification systems. They support the contact wire through droppers and maintain the required geometry of the overhead line system under varying mechanical and environmental conditions.
Key Advantages
- High tensile strength for long span capability
- Excellent resistance to mechanical fatigue
- Stable performance under thermal and climatic variations
- Reliable support for contact wire geometry
- Long service life under continuous operation
Available Variants
- Catenary wires of various sizes complying with relevant standards
- Alloy catenary wire of various metal compositions
- Copper catenary wire
- Copper cadmium catenary wire
- Copper magnesium catenary wire
- Custom tensile grades based on span and loading requirements
