TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomers) and Plastics
APAR offers wide range of process oils and white oils for better processability and finishing of TPE. These are highly refined, hydro-treated paraffinic oils, which are suitable as plasticizers for the manufacturing and compounding of Thermoplastic Elastomers.
APAR’s white oils include pharma grades, which are REACH compliant and conform to US FDA 21 CFR 172.878, 21 CFR 178.3620(a) and the latest U.S.P(NF), EP and BP requirements.
We also offer technical grades which conform to to US FDA 21 CFR 178.3620(b). These are colourless and odourless oils of high UV stability. They ensure TPE products have excellent resistance against UV light. They also aid in better extrusion and injection moulding of Thermoplastic Elastomers like Styrenic Block copolymers (SBS, SEBS, SIS, SIBS & SEPS), Poly Styrene (PS) and TPV (PP/EPDM).
