• - Selected candidates will undergo structured training and on-the-job training (OJT), providing hands-on exposure to:
• - Manufacturing & Production Processes
• - Plant Operations
• - Maintenance
• - Quality
• - Engineering Functions
• - Safety & Industrial Practices
